Very nice staff and extremely helpful and will help you with every step in the process, by far the best moving experience I’ve had.
DO NOT RENT HERE. I would caution anyone considering renting from this company. The leadership over this company is incompetent. When I rented from them the home was not move in ready and was filthy. 2 months later the problems are still not fixed. When I got desperate and reached out to Christy Phillips the VP, instead of helping me she blocked me. They do not care about tenants and do even less than the absolute bare minimum. The Bridge Homes Property Co is managed by unprofessional staff starting in the Indy office to staff property managers working on homes for renting. Homes are not properly maintained and Bridge absolutely does not care. Why? Because none of them live in these subdivisions and homes. They just swooped up all these homes from out of the state during covid or earlier, gauged prices and collects high rent on quickly run-down homes. Just SELL the homes so decent people can buy them & fix them up. Better yet, get out of our state.
Never rent from a business not a person, no verbal communication they send 10 different Angie’s list people out here just to get cheapest band aid they can, make sure house isn’t already sinking shifting infested underneath etc, cause you’ll be the culprit once the tenant. And they expect to send a repair person any hours of whatever day and u have to be there. But to afford the RENT the raise so far every year as things get worse, u got to be at work every single day! Thanks bridge homes for helping!
