My property was previously managed by Bridge/GOAL properties - the maintenance is a joke. The staff are awful. The house was not move in ready at all when I got the keys. The entire home was filthy, never cleaned from previous tenant/owner. I mean FILTHY. The gutters and air ducts had never been cleaned since the home was built 22 years ago.
