I just wanted to say how happy we are with bridge hospice. The team is amazing, and Brian is always checking in making sure everything is going well and if we have any feedback. Ice the nurse is always making sure our residents are good and if we need anything. The communications is wonderful.

The care and compassion that the hospice team at bridge provides to our patients and there families is beyond amazing it is what i would call exceptional. The nurses especially "ICE" is professional, compassionate, and a inspiration to me and all my staff.

Bridge Hospice North Bay's staff are caring and compassionate towards their patients and their family members. The nurses have a wonderful bedside manner, as well as the other staff members and home health aides. They show their compassion by responding to patients, facilities and family’s requests in a timely manner and offer bereavement services up to 12 months after a patient passes away.

Maybe some of their other branches are great and know how to properly be hospice, but this branch would be better to just close down, but then they'd never learn. No, the CEO that or someone acting on their behalf needs to have this location e... read more

My Father was on hospice with this place and when my Father's wife wouldn't let him call me, his daughter, the hospice nurse (Myra) called to let me know that my Father wanted to speak to me. When I called him, he said that his wife was telling people that he tried to overdose on his meds. He said it wasn't true. The social worker from this place, LISA, called me and told me that if I couldn't make other arrangements for my Father (bringing him home with me) that she was going to file a report with... read more
