Called this branch to get more information and clarity on home health vs. hospice care and I spoke to Kami - she was a breath of fresh air and my family and I did not realize how she was able to connect with us so much in just a short call, she was so patient and kind and listened and answered all of my questions and it has been a scary time for us as we transition my mom into this new phase of her life. I cant thank Kami enough for not only listening to us but sharing her professionalism - Her passion for the community show... read more

This group is supposed to provide in home nursing care while my husband receives antibiotics through a Picc line and a Curlin pump. The nurse they sent didn’t know how to use the pump or how to draw blood through the Picc line. I have called several times for help and they have done nothing. No blood labs have been done which is required to monitor the infection. Bridge is supposed to be good—not so far!

Would definitely not recommend. Many other quality options to choose from when you are considering home health for either yourself or a loved one.

This place is the worst in care for your dying loved one. Do not trust this company. They are only in it to bill the insurance company. They lied repeatedly to me about the care of my mother and having comfort care meds on hand for my dying mother. There were no meds. They weren't ordered. They do the blame game; they never take responsibility for what they didn't do. They are good at trying to cover everything up. My mother passed away and they called me 19 hours later to let me know and only after I called them to ask wher... read more
