I am a caregiver as well as being trained in CPR. Anyways I am not overly impressed with the care my parents and I witnessed for a friend of mine who is like a brother to me. The physical therapy people are awesome a young man named Brett and really nice lady named Ruby. They are fabulous. The female nurse named Miranda was not very good. She is a cold and not friendly and in my opinion should not be around people. She also didn’t want to check vitals and wasn’t interested in letting my friend speak. I had used this Company 3 year ago ..my first experience and it was about 80% ..they were decent..fast forward 2025-2026 Something happened...the Nurse came to home and was sick Bad allergies...Blowing her nose as fluid was dripping..she forgot her bag of equipment..Really..not professional ..Ishould have told her to leave my home..and the physical therapist Ruby..acted as if she didnt want to work . Expect nothing beyond the bare minimum from Bridge . . . and, if you're lucky, that would only occur sporadically. I tried helping a friend with his Bridge "services" when he returned home after rectal cancer surgery and treatment a year ago. He is a senior shut-in with very few resources, ongoing health support needs, including a monthly catheter change, colostomy, PT, and social worker support for advocacy and assistance to access critical community resources, supplies, transportation, IHSS, additional health services, etc... read more
Had my mom set for physical therapy not only did she get better, but the level of care they demonstrated went beyond our expectations. Bridge the best nurses.
They are not a good company. They don't show up when they are supposed to. They don't call o check on patients. I don't recommend bridge for nursing care. I'm not a happy patient with their care.😥 This company is the worst home health agency I've been with!
