It has been one year since my wife’s nightmare experience in this counsulting centre. And now you replied me again? Are you kidding? Could I give zero star? My wife had exactly same experience with Rooscal below. Charge full for the cancellation. She is seeking help from this center, but at that day, she got some urgencies and cannot arrived on time. Currently watching a patient of this clinic go through a severe, very clearly visible, psychotic episode, putting themselves in extreme risk, with no escalation to the appropriate authorities or support from their practicing psychologist. This practice has utterly and catastrophically failed in their duty of care toward this patient. I would recommend looking elsewhere for complex needs.
