My grandma spent over $3000 at your store. A huge hassel and she was treated horrible when the mounted microwave wouldn't work in her kitchen and she had to exchange it for a regular microwave. He tried to charge her $20 shipping just to get a microwave. I feel sorry for anyone who steps a foot into your door. When my mom went to pick it up for my grandmother he shoved a microwave into a 58 year old woman hard enough to cause her back pain and a trip to her chiropractor, NOT COOL!
