Tonjia is awesome! My brother passed away unexpectedly and his house needed a lot of work and we had to deal with probate issues. Tonjia was very patient while we worked through all of that and provided recommendations for what we should do to get the place ready to sell. We have had a great experience as tenants with Bridge City Realty. Mindy has been wonderful to work with and provides great customer service. Dennis did a great job fixing our maintenance requests and also provided great customer service. Also, the customer portal app is easy to use and efficient for paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, and tracking all rental history. Thank you Bridge City Realty for your excellent staff.
Beware! Application fee is a money gimmick! We discussed the details of our company renting a unit out for our employee to stay at this unit while employee completes 8 -12 month project. The man we spoke to represents big city and said that was agreeable to fill out an application. Application was submitted. Lady calls from big city and informs me that this will not be acceptable. $45 was taken from my account and now belongs to big city. This is an unethical company! Do not use this company if you are looking to apply for one of their rentals. They will scam you out of your application fee and give you the run around when attempting to schedule a showing. I applied for a rental on Thursday 8/24, and submitted all of the requested information and documentation on the rental application they provided along with documentation for my Vizsla’s pet application.
