Went into this WALK IN CLINIC and was turned away! Kassandra one of the Registered Nurses was VERY unprofessional and rude. Had a shoulder injury and I was turned away. RN Kassandra told me “I just can’t, my heads on a swivel today” terribly unprofessional and wasted my time. I tried calling to confirm I’d be able to get some to look at me. They said yes then moments after I got there I was turned away. Go anywhere else besides this clinic.
Dr. Ovwasa was awesome. He helped my grandson to get respiratory test and my wife with an infection.
Took my son in for a visible rib injury after he got sick the day prior. Staff seem racist and acted not so professional and the doctor had the oddcity to basically argue that an x ray would be better off than an ultrasound to see said injury. Even though I've been through this myself. X rays do not see cartilage or ribs very well at all nevermind any soft tissue injuries. Then, the receptionist writes down the appointment for the X-ray to the totally wrong Clinic. Won't be going back here again. Absolutely disappointed.
Took my one year old to them as a walk-in with a fever, wet, barking cough and extremely mucousy that is yellow/green. The doctor listened to his chest and because my son wouldn't sit still (because he's uncomfortable) for the ear exam, they didn't try to complete it. Waited for an hour, was in the room for total four minutes just to be told it was teething and that his chest was clear, to treat the fever with Tylenol. My wife brought my son here. My son, who is very clearly sick and who had just spent 2 days with family who were just confirmed to have bronchitis was eventually brought in. The "doctor" listened to his chest for a few seconds and checked ONLY ONE of his ears and said he was teething. A 1 year old who is producing yellow mucus, has deep coughing fits with a slight breathing problem due to the coughing, and the "doctor" said he's teething. You guys are a joke.
