I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the excellent care I received at the Bridge City Medical Clinic today. I am a retired physician and so I have a different vantage point of the system now. I think a lot of patients really appreciate the care they receive. Our primary care physicians face a challenging environment and there are many Albertans who have yet to find a family physician, me included. I waited for 2 hours with an open wound. When it was time to see the doctor they told me if it needed stitches you have to go to ER. The receptionist are very incompetent. The nurse told me you should have been seen by me as soon as possible by me. Would not go there again.
Every single time we have been to this clinic, Dr Hadad (the best Dr I've ever met) & the entire staff have been ,kind, caring, respectful and efficient in everything they do. They all truly have a heart of service.
Went into this WALK IN CLINIC and was turned away! Kassandra one of the Registered Nurses was VERY unprofessional and rude. Had a shoulder injury and I was turned away. RN Kassandra told me “I just can’t, my heads on a swivel today” terribly unprofessional and wasted my time. I tried calling to confirm I’d be able to get some to look at me. They said yes then moments after I got there I was turned away. Go anywhere else besides this clinic.
