Made a reservation there for a family suite 5 days ago. The website didn't show any pictures of the exact layout of the suite so I called the 800# to ask them to email me pictures, and I also reserved and gave my credit card # to reserve the suite beforehand. I have called them FIVE times now and still have not received pictures, a confirmation email or even a return phone call.
