RecommendedIt has almost become a ritual we are volunteers for the Shasta Lake heritage and historical society. Our posters are upstairs. We grew up enjoying our Shasta Lake. The whole gang goes up to Bridgebay each time we have a birthday celebration! Recommend it highly!
Just beautiful on the lake. A little rough getting to the houseboat to get on the lake. Roads are Not paved. Yikes!! The slips and docks were ok tho.
Super loved it!!! We spent Labor Day weekend here with family & friends all 24 of us. Rented 2 houseboats. They are clean, the boat has big ice chest, barbque grill, cooking utensils, plates, forks, spoons & cups. All you have to bring is food. :) Sailing Lake Shasta is awesome! Kids enjoyed swimming in the middle of the lake. Don't forget to bring colorful inflatables. We do docked before dark, made a bonfire & made some s'mores & barbqued some chicken & ribs.
