I really enjoy our big family vacation. One of our family rented a houseboat. Our family of six rented two back to back doubles rooms. It was nice not fancy but clean. We also rented a boat to get back and forth to the houseboat. We were told it had lights to run at night but unfortunately it didn't. But the amazing staff figured out how we could get back and forth. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. I am thinking about booking again next year super fun time on the water. We rented a patio boat for 4th of July weekend, and I have to say the girls who help us rent the boat, were so sweet! They answered every question we threw at them. When we went to get in our boat it was clean and roomy. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because we were all very disappointed that the boat did not have an actual ladder to get in and out of the water. Is one of the best panoramic view in California. ,I always look forward to get there when am driving.

The staff was AMAZING! We were clearly "newbies" to renting a boat. We got there on Memorial Day and they did have a few ski and fishing boats. We opted for the fishing boat as we just wanted to putter around the lake. Only cost us $3 of gas, and they didn't even charge us for it. The rental was $60. We selected 4 hours, and we took about 3 hours 20 minutes.
