Shana was amazing from beginning to end, the venue was stunning and all the guests raved about the fajita bar. every member of the staff was beyond friendly and went out of their way to make our day special. Shana was so accommodating and bent over backwards to reschedule when we had to postpone due to the Carr fire. She was very patient with my bridal meltdowns and even brought me lunch on the day of. Great place to stay, and the Cookhouse was a blast as well. Great views, fun amenities and a great staff that's so helpful and gracious.
Our daughter works at Bridge Bay in Shasta Lake and was evacuated. A big Thank You to Bridge Bay Resort in Shasta Lake for giving your employees a place to go as they have been evacuated and some lost there homes. It is nice to know that there employees are more than workers, they are Family.
We had such a fun weekend! All the staff was so helpful and kind! The house boat we rented had everything we needed!! Rented a paddle board and a jet ski and even enjoyed the water trampoline...so fun....we will be back!!
