I have been living in this apartment complex since March, and from the moment I arrived to sign my lease, I felt like part of the family; the ladies who work in the leasing office are truly very kind and professional. The swimming pool is always very clean, as are the exterior areas surrounding the apartments. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I am pleased with the property management and the maintenance crew. I have had positive experiences with repairs to my front porch and with the shifting of the side of my unit. I appreciate the fact that the office gives small meals or snacks at least twice a month. There are times when some residents may only have enough money for their bills and not much food. Wanted to get settled in before I wrote this review. Marissa I’m the front office went above and beyond to help me get all settled into my apartment . Move in was a breeze, the apartment was clean, no major issues whatsoever. The community and overall environment is quiet, the complex is always kept clean, and they have events here for the residents which is a plus. Thank you to the office staff at The Bridge at Sweet water you guys are truly appreciated! Especially since I’ve always wanted to be apart of this community!
The office personnel are kind and helpful. The best I've ever dealt with. It's quite safe and quiet.
Just moved here and it is more than I expected! The office staff are fantastic and so willing to help! Not to mention the maintenance supervisor Scott is the best you will ever come across!
