my mom is currently there and has had several issues. Need for improvement
When we first brought our in-laws there in 2017, it was great. If felt like family. With several key people leaving, it runs on a shoe-string - and sad to say, glad my in -laws have moved on. There are still good people there, and Charles helped us so much.
As a family practice physician, I was very disappointed with my interactions with the nursing staff at this facility and their unwillingness to be helpful when it came to the care of my patient. This happened on several occasions. Patient did not receive their medication as prescribed and nursing supervisor unwilling to discuss the issue.
The place is beautiful. The staff is so nice and really care about their residents and there needs. There are so many enjoyable activities such as music,crafts, outside activities. The minute you walk in, you want to sit down and get comfortable, like walking into a nice home. The gardens are beautiful and love the front patio with the rocking chairs and ceiling fans that make it a nice place to fellowship and enjoy the day. I believe it was great. They treat my loved ones correctly.
Terrible care, if you are healthy and don't need assistance, go ahead and pay a lot of money for nothing. My loved one was not well cared for at all. For the fees they charge, they should have better qualified people and give better care.
