I went in today with no expectations. I have worked for another plus size Bridal Salon and always assumed I would buy my dress there - but they were so helpful and listened to everything I wanted with my gown. Not only that, they were patient as I checked with my bridesmaids who weren't there with me to say yes! The dress I found was absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to see it in person!

She was so sweet and helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted and genuinely cared about the style of my wedding, my personality, etc. I found my dream dress and it was one that she picked out and I was hesitant to try on. When I first went brides by young my experience was great! We ordered my dress and everything and it was all good! But when I went to pick up my dress, they ordered 4 sizes to big!!!! I understand maybe 1 or 2 sizes bigger but not 4! They knew I was upset and recommended that I pay for there person to do the alterations. I decided to not go with who they suggested and went to someone I knew from my town. She has done an amazing job with my dress and also said that ordering it 4 sizes to big is not ok. I had a WONDERFUL experience at Brides By Young! I was super nervous being a plus size to go wedding dress shopping. From the very beginning of the appointment Lauren and all the staff at BBY made be feel comfortable and special. Lauren knew exactly what would look good on me and the 2nd dress she had me try on ended up being the one, even though I tried on several others, the experience was amazing and I highly recommend. Lauren is awesome!!!
I was a nervous wreck even thinking about wedding dress shopping. This morning, I was a ball of nerves, but after going into the store and meeting the girls, every worry I had vanished! After telling her a bit about myself, Kait pulled a few dresses for me, all of which I loved and we found the perfect dress for me!
