Had a wonderful experience yesterday with my daughter (the bride) and 3/5 of her bridesmaids. So many bridesmaid dresses to chose from at the store! After trying on several that "just weren't right", we finally left it to the bridal shop assistant Allison to chose a few. She absolutely nailed it! I bought my dress 6 months ago from them and they gave me the best deal! They were attentive, professional, and I couldn't ask for better service. I just went back today for alterations and they were very nice. They have a newer manager in there now and she was very pleasant. I can't complain.

Three months out from my wedding, I discovered that I couldn't wear the dress I had planned on using. I was distraught and incredibly stressed, and Candalina totally came to my rescue! Star and the rest of the staff were wonderful and made me and my bridesmaids feel right at home from the moment we walked in. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you took someone's money for a dress but never produce the dress, I call that stealing. And then to not do your best to rectify the problem makes the entire situation unbearable. Less than one week before a wedding and you still can't produce a dress. What should be a happy occasion for a wedding has turned out to be a stressful time. Thank you to Candalina Brides for NOT being a standup company. I'll make sure everyone I know hears about this.
