I loved my experience at Brides! The environment is very welcoming and friendly. The girls helped me find my dream dress and helped me pair a vail with it to match perfectly! They even worked with my budget (Brides didn’t change the price of the dress) and allowed me to make payments that were affordable to ensure I got the dress I wanted. So happy that I am a Brides bride!!

Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had, coming from a lifelong wedding party member. Their communication is awful and they really did a number on my dress, hemming one side 3 inches shorter than the other and trying to pull on it making the top lop sided and still not correcting the hem. The owner literally laughed at me when I told her they clearly miscut it and said they "can't guarantee a straight hem" on the chiffon material. Beautiful dresses and wonderful and friendly staff.
Beautiful dresses but horribly managed. I was nauseous when I left from how we were treated. They forgot we had an appointment. Then the owner and employees were arguing and fighting. They disregarded both my style and opinions. They physically shook me into a dress that was too small claiming “we just need to get it over your hips!” They wouldn’t let my mom or maid of honor stay with me even though I was obviously uncomfortable. I was told to “touch every dress and quit thumbing through our dresses.” I will never go back.

If you're looking for an amazing dress this would be the place to go! I had such a great experience and the ladies are so passionate about their work. The dress selection is absolutely stunning and they treated me like I was family❤ I will forever be grateful for Mrs. Shirley helping me feel the way a bride should feel on her wedding day!
