We had been looking for a home on Lake Whatcom for about 5 years, mostly watching for listings on our own. We went to see one of Briddick's listings in May, had a very good discussion about what we were looking for, and were impressed with his knowledge of the area. When Kathy and I decided to list our home we reached out to a local realtor who was very excited to work with us. After about 2 weeks of little contact or progress we made the decision to fire that realtor. We got Briddick’s name from an out of state realtor and with 2 days Briddick was at our home explaining his process and timing for the listing our home for sale.
