We had been looking for a home on Lake Whatcom for about 5 years, mostly watching for listings on our own. We went to see one of Briddick's listings in May, had a very good discussion about what we were looking for, and were impressed with his knowledge of the area. He put us into his system and started floating new listings to us, but he never bothered us with follow up calls.
