Greatest experience at this shop! – After looking a very long time I was thrilled to find BRIDALS BY D! I traveled from Rochester because I have heard such wonderful things about the shop, the dresses, and the owner. Needless to say, they didn't disappoint!. Best Wedding Gown! – I got married on December 11 2010,when I went looking for my wedding gown the first place I went was Bridals by D because of all the wonderful things i have heard about them. Impeccable wedding gowns and service! – I got married this January and the staff at Bridals By D was terrific! They helped me select a gorgeous dress within my budget and my veil was customized to match my dress. My alterations not only were perfect, but they paid attention to creating the most beautiful bustle. My wedding dress was not only my dream dress, but different than what I looked at in other salons. I am sending everyone to D's!
Best shop, Best consultants!!! – Loved this very upscale shop. The service I received was top notch. Classy dresses and good prices. Everything you would expect a bridal salon should be. Very unique style gowns, and the owner is odviously Young and knows what brides are looking for. My mom was so happy with the mothers gowns and is buying her gown there too. Once you go there , you will definately want to buy!
Professionalism at its worst – For such an upscale shop, these women don't know a thing about manners, decency, or professionalism. Upon arriving for my appointment I was rudely lectured about the time it takes to get a dress in and told that I was irresponsible for waiting so long to get a dress (I got engaged in February and will marry in August). Horrible Customer Service! – Found a dress that I loved here... but Elaine was so rude and condescending that I chose not to give Bridals by 'D' my business. I should not have to be talked down to while shopping for one of the biggest days of my life. I had to go to the designer to find a photo of the dress just to show my out-of-town maid of honor and bridesmaids. This will be the last place you will stop! – If you want to support a locally owned bridal salon, this is the place to go! I shopped around at all of the WNY stores, and just couldn't find "the dress." Plus I found the staff at some stores rude. There were several dresses I liked at other stores, but none that I LOVED...until I met Betty at Bridals By D. not good – My daughter went there hoping to buy a veil and was told if she didn't buy her dress there, no go on the veil. I think that is appalling. How many girls wear their mom or grandmothers dress! Shouldn't they be allowed to buy a new veil if they want to? Unbelievable - I will never recommend this store to anyone ever again!
