Jackie I absolutely LOVED this place. I first went there to help my friend find a dress after trying 3 other places around town. I am also getting married, but I was just going to browse. We both saw the prices and thought they were a little high but it was worth it, the dresses were all beautiful and of excellent quality. Also, the customer service was GREAT. great store! Out of all the bridal shops I visited, Bridals by D had the highest quality gowns. This store is a bit more upscale and expensive than some of the others, but this definitely shows in the quality of their gowns. I came into the store on a busy Saturday afternoon without an appointment and they were able to get me into a fitting room quickly (even though it is a small store and they only have 3 rooms). Bridals by D Bridal Shop Shopping for a bridal gown at this bridal shop was a great experience. I loved the personal attention I was given and I felt like the people who worked their really tried to get to know my style and what I was looking for. They also only carry high quality designer dresses. Picking a dress was a very hard decision but Bridals By D made it much easier.
They know their stuff! Very helpful. We came in unexpectedly after a disastrous appointment at another shop. They were very busy, but still had time to help me find quite a few dresses to try. They wouldn't allow photos, but were sure to write down all of the information we requested. Friendly and very knowledgeable!
Great shop This bridal shop has amazing dresses. This was my fiancee's favorite place. The owner was great to her too. She helped her during 3 different sessions and even called her when she had found a dress she thought would be perfect for her, and it was. PROS: great dresses and customer service CONS: none
Shopping here will be fun and fabulous! Amazing Dresses, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. This will be the only shop you will need to visit. Very unique dresses, not like all the same gowns you see every where else. If you are looking for something really differen this is the place! From Purchase to alterations, you are made to feel special!
If I could give zero stars, I would This is, by far, the worst bridal shop in WNY. I went here for a maids dress and was absolutely APPALLED at the service myself and the entire wedding party received. The staff was annoying, rude, and unknowledgeable. I have been in several weddings (including my own) since this one, and have never experienced service in a bridal shop as close to as terrible as here. Professionalism at its worst For such an upscale shop, these women don't know a thing about manners, decency, or professionalism. Upon arriving for my appointment I was rudely lectured about the time it takes to get a dress in and told that I was irresponsible for waiting so long to get a dress (I got engaged in February and will marry in August).
