My experience at Bridaled was better than I could have imagined. Kelsey was so sweet, attentive, and laid back. She listened to what I had in mind, and provided suggestions that I loved but never would have thought of myself. I went for my first ever bridal appointment, accompanied by my mom. Bridaled Austin is the absolute best bridal shop and Kelsey is the most knowledgeable and helpful consultant ever! She made the whole experience feel intimate and personal and so much fun! I generally hate trying on clothes, but the whole process was seamless and Kelsey is the perfect hype woman, picking options that are flattering and unique to help any bride narrow down the selection. Bridaled was incredible! It was private, quiet, and my family had a great time helping me look through the amazing selection of dresses. Nichole was so great in helping me out! I highly recommend working with her. She helped me find the perfect rehearsal dinner dress, and I couldn't be happier

I went to every bridal shop I could in Austin, and safe to say the experience at Bridaled is UNMATCHED. A big part of that was how comfortable and confident Kelsey made me feel.
