Unfortunately, their motivation is to get the sale! My dress arrived completely different to what I ordered. The Manager did not show any care factor what so ever and I had to pay over a thousand dollars for alterations to have it as close as possible to what I ordered originally. Paid for additional motives as keepsake and still yet to receive. Worst experience, avoid the heartache
Absolutely amazing staff. These girls know their stuff and are the best there is !!!!!!. I would not go any where else at all. Do yourselves a favor and stop in and speak to them. You will find they are accommodating in every way
The staff at Bridal On Pulteney were kind and considerate to my now wife, they made her feel really at home. They have a huge selection of gowns in all kinds and sizes. She loved her wedding dress, it was delivered quickly and is perfect. Thank you!
Tash and the girls were so amazing. I felt comfortable, looked after and valued. The prices were so reasonable and not once did I feel “pushed” into a decision. Very happy with the all round experience and would happily recommend.
