Horrible Customer Service Don't do it! The customer service is horrible! It's not worth the hassle to save a few extra bucks. Check with your local bridal shop, most will meet prices. If you must go to Bridal Mart, get anything you are told in writing. Trust me, the rules will change when you want to place an order. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!! I went to Bridal Mart on this past weekend and I highly recommend going to this place!!! It's rows and rows of bridal gowns and the prices are cheaper. The dressing room is in the back..there are no doors so you are changing in front of the other ladies. There are no men back there and no cameras are allowed in the dressing room. WARNING DO NOT GO THERE – I went to Bridal Mart because they competed with another salon's price for my dress. I waited 17 weeks for my dress to come in. They kept pushing back the delivery date. I live in FL and bought a ticket to fly up for the 3rd and final estimated date which happened to be 4 weeks before my wedding! I called 2 days before and they said it was probably not going to come in until 2 days before my wedding!!!!! great place!! This place is wonderful....the service i recieved from Brenda was great...I don't understand why anyone would say anything bad about this place. You have to understand that its not one of those prissy upscale boutiques....thus why the prices are so reasonable. Good customer service and great deals on dresses – I went to the Bridal Mart during the week and it was great. If you go there on the weekends, you will not get helped and it is so many people there. The service was great and helpful. The lady who helped me gave me her honest opinion on the dress. They won't let you take but 3 dresses back at a time. Inconsistant and Dissappointing I purchased a designer dress from Bridal Mart and was quite disappointed in the level of customer service. I'd taken several trips to the store and only one associate was courteous and helpful. Every other associate was rude and not willing to help. They also denied me the opportunity to speak with management so that I could voice my complaint. you CAN get personal attention with a large variety of choices I have just found my dream dress at Bridal Mart for an excellent price! There is plenty of choices of styles in dresses from the bridal gowns to the bridal party. The room to try the dresses on is one open room with little privacy and I believe for most people that you are so concerned with your own special day that you could care less about the people around you. Even cheeper fom their web site My fiance and I stopped there on our way back to N.Y. What a disappointment! Sure, lots of dresses but mostly dirty and older styles.They herd you into a huge fitting room and expect you to get naked in front of everyone else.Talk about a cattle call ! Then someone told me not to even buy a dress there, because you can go to their web site, ebridalsuperstore and buy it for even CHEEPER than they sell it for. Believe me, its not worth saving a couple of dollars for what they put you through!
OK to shop there, but buy from their web site – I agree with all of the above. Weekends are a disaster to shop there. Lots of dresses, but most are older styles and dirty.
