The dress I picked looking at it on the hanger I never would have chosen. The ladies were sweet and helpful. There was one lady who seemed to be grumpy but the lady that helped in the end was amazing! I even picked the dress that she brought to the store :) thank you!!!
Our daughter found the perfect dress for an extremely reasonable price. The alterations done on the dress were exactly what we asked for and she looked absolutely stunning on her wedding day. Our priest said it was the most beautiful wedding dress he’d ever seen. He is not one to give high praise. The dress arrived when promised and alterations were done as promised. With three more daughters, I’m sure we will be using Bridal Image in the future.

We called and made an appointment before driving quite a way to get there. When we arrived, they had no record of our appointment. The selection was very small and the two women working there were NOT helpful at all, and not attentive. It wasn't highlighted how awful our experience was there until we went to a different shop and had such an amazing experience, one you always hoped it would be when buying your wedding dress. I won't recommend this shop to anyone.

We loved Bridal Image! After shopping at other bridal shops, we found exactly what my daughter wanted at Bridal Image! The staff was extremely helpful and polite and offered great options, thoughts,and opinions based on years of experience. We were thrilled with our purchase and the customer service!
