I had a pleasant experience at Bridal Gallery! I took my wedding dress for alterations. Angela and her team were wonderful to work with. The alterations were done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery!!
The bridal gallery was one of the best experiences I had while looking for a dress. The service was amazing! Angela was super helpful making my vision come to life! I would definitely recommend this place to future brides!
This dress shop gets three stars because I did find the dress of my dreams! However, There is no contract or set agreement other than all sales are final despite error. My dress was ordered too large, and I had to pay extra to fix it. And when I brought the size of the dress up and we measured myself again to see that I had only lost 1 inch, nothing was done just that I have to pay extra to fix it. Despite not getting my dress here, they definitely deserve 5 stars. They were very quick to respond to my appointment request and reached out prior to my appointment focusing on my style, preferences, and vision. I found my dress before visiting them so I ended up canceling my appointment but they were really gracious about it and even offered their alteration services - which I will definitely be looking into :))
