Despite not getting my dress here, they definitely deserve 5 stars. They were very quick to respond to my appointment request and reached out prior to my appointment focusing on my style, preferences, and vision. I found my dress before visiting them so I ended up canceling my appointment but they were really gracious about it and even offered their alteration services - which I will definitely be looking into :))
Horrible experience at this place. I went to this boutique find a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding. When I went they didn’t have the color I wanted but they told me they could order it for me. They never told me the price of the dress so I had agreed with someone over the phone that they would send me an email with pricing information before I gave them the green light to charge my card for it. Loved our experience at Bridal Gallery! Angela and Sophie were so helpful, patient and transparent. My fiancé and I wanted to shop separately for dresses and the ladies made it happen! We were able to have the entire Bridal Gallery shop and Swoon Worthy Bridal to ourselves in order to find the perfect dress. I couldn’t recommend this shop more!
I was charged $300 for ALTERATIONS. My dress cost $380. I don’t understand how that adds up.
