Bridal Shops I recently visited this shop for my sisters wedding. Quaint little shop, great customer service, I thought a good dress selection. Very helpful staff.
Highly DON'T recommend Horrible experience. The woman there kept telling me she was "on my side" and wanted to make sure my opinion was heard but all that did was make me uncomfortable because she was VERY rude to my mother and sister who came with me. Example: I didn't like a dress that my mother had me try on but I tried it on just for her. I told my mom to take a pic just so she could have it even though I didn't want the picture. The lady snapped at my mom and told her to delete the picture because I didn't like it. How ... read more
Awesome bridal boutique I have gone to a lot of bridal stores and tried on about 40 gowns. No where was I made to feel as good about myself or like a princess like I was at The Bridal cottage. They really made me feel like a star! From start to finish they doted on me and made sure all my questions were answered. I have been a customer of their many times for bridesmaids dresses before buying my own wedding gown and maids from them. I have never been let down. Their staff is fantastic! Horrible Experience Awful experience! I had 4 of my 6 bridesmaids meet at the Bridal Cottage to get their dresses on Monday at 11 and they were closed! Their hours are Monday-Friday 10-5..figure that one out. Even after I had called the Saturday before telling them I would be there on Monday. They don't make appointments so you have no idea if you will get undivided attention or not. After we spoke with the owner she would still not give us any discount for our inconvenience. Will NEVER return to the bridal cottage!
