Recently got fresh filets cut to order, frozen pork chops, frozen bacon, and frozen local grain fed chuck roast. Everything was great, but let me tell you that the pot roast was by far the best roast my family has ever had. It was tender and juicy and had tons of flavor. Definitely will be back!! Have been telling friends!!
This is my second trip to Brickyard and I have found my new butcher shop. When I get my deep freeze up and running I will definitely be looking into bulk buying of beef. The bacon that is made in house is wonderful, the fresh ground sausage has just the right amount of sage , and something different that I've never tried in ground sausage; fresh mustard seed, it was different but gave the sausage a great flavor when cooked.
Great people and an awesome product! Absolutely love the new showroom and all the new products, definitely take the time to stop by and check them out!
