Nice place! School across the street, friendly neighbors and staff. Grounds are nice and clean, appliances first rate. I love it here and so will you!
The maintenance man drinks on the job. Despite the fact you could smell it on his breath, the manager and property supervisor did nothing. He messed up several serious repairs, but nothing was done about it. The management favors drug dealers and tweakers. Wouldn't recommend, especially if you have kids.
First we had the apartments cleaned up but had to deal with a controlling unstable manager who rumor had it she was doing drugs &stole money before she left here now we have a sweet manager that I thought at first was going to run these apartments fair but it seems she fits in with all the partying,drama and can't quite get it right on managing and getting our paperwork to us when needed.the tenants seem to get in trouble for her mistakes and her not getting things properly done.If she's not following the rules and not makin... read more
