I continue to be impressed with Brickstreet Pharmacy. Their staff is friendly, pleasant and helpful! Add to that the fact that they deliver prescriptions (and their delivery folks are just as pleasant). They know what customer service is!
They call you by name when you walk in. Gave Timothy Fenwick a ride home At the time he was fighting with .cancer. they are awesome

In a world where everything is being "streamlined" and becoming more and more impersonal, it is great to a have a pharmacy where they remember your name and put effort in actually serving you. Great group of people! Thank you for taking care of me.
Being a supervising technician of the Long-Term Care dept. at BrickStreet, I will attempt to not let my opinion be biased. There's always room for growth & we're open to suggestions. My mother taught me, "You can't fix a problem if you don't know there is one." We strive to offer excellent service to everyone we encounter. Working alongside people where you feel like family makes serving the customer much more efficient. I've enjoyed working in an environment where I get to know the customers & can show them they are valued.
I'm a new customer to Brickstreet Pharmacy. My Mom recommended it. I've had two very important medications filled in the past week and Brickstreet offers the very best generics out of all of the other pharmacies that I've called and/or used in Tyler. And with a medication that I've taken every day for 7 years, I can definitely tell the difference when I've been given one of the terrible generics.
