Everyone at Brickstreet is so friendly!! Especially the young man that works at the front who remembers everyone's name. He has the greatest customer service skills I have seen in a longtime!!
I walked into this pharmacy for the very first time Friday afternoon. I was tired and stressed because I had just taken my little girl to the doctor and her asthma was really bad. I was worried. So, I sit there while waiting on her meds, and I notice the employees smiling and engaing with other customers as they too sat and waited on their meds to be filled. I started to relax and smile. First time using Brickstreet and will definitely use again in the future.
They are willing to ensure my CPAP is correctly fitted and measured for a knee brace. I appreciate they are willing to deliver medications to either my home or work place.
Love this pharmacy! They are always helpful, fast and friendly. My daughter is on quite a few meds and I probably get 2-3 deliveries a week. It helps so much that I don't have to keep up with when to order...they just appear!
