Apparently they say you can keep a grill as long as you don't use it on the patio or near buildings. Then they say you can't. I'm wondering if it's like how they say they'll fix the damned refrigerator but then they 'forget.' They're a beautiful apartment complex from afar, but when you interact with them they're three scoops short of an ice cream sundae. I'm quite disappointed....I've lived here for 7 months and have complained about the neighbor above me for 4.5 months. The amount of noise that occurs above my head has been loud enough to record it on my phone and there has been no resolve....very unhappy
I have family who lives at Brickshire and it's a beautiful property with friendly staff. Love the pool area and the new pool chairs!
