Great atmosphere to exercise! Staff is very welcoming!
If you need a place to get a great workout, look no more!!! This place is filled with kind, supportive, and fun ladies!!! After trying 3 other gyms and gaining weight, i was very pleased to lose 10lbs in my first month here!!! Thier moto should be "Lose weight, gain a fun family!"
Joining BH Cardio was the best thing I could have done for myself! I really enjoy the variety of formats. I am steadily losing weight, building up my stamina, and developing a stronger core. I was a member a year ago and stopped going however going to the free event today and I couldn't turn it down! I joined again! It's worth every penny! Great girls and Zumba has helped me in every way possible! Join today you will not regret it Excited for Monday's class!
I went two nights in a row trying hip hop zumba tonight, absolutely loved, great teachers!
