The instructors are amazing, caring & very helpful! Their goal is to better everyone in their own way � I am extremely thankful for this place and will recommend anyone try it!!
Started with the help of my granddaughter. Lovett have been back 3 times and have joined. I have my goals set and I'm sure I'm going to be able to succeed with the help of Brickhouse cardio
This was my fist time coming here, I had kept telling myself I was going to go, and today I finally did!!! It was defiantly worth it! The instructor was awesome, and it was a fun workout!!! �.
