SCAM-BEWARE!!! – Worst bridal shop in the area!! They tried to scam my sister by selling her a dress that was not the sample she tried on. She visited the shop several times and knew there was something wrong when the attendants started giving her different stories about the origins of the dress. Houston's hidden treasure! – Brickhouse is an amazing bridal shop. Located outside of the craziness (and crazy prices) of the Galleria area, Brickhouse has a great selection of styles, a range of prices, and extremely friendly salespeople. You start by picking dresses you think you'll like and trying them on. Then they start to see what's working and bring you other suggestions. BE CAREFUL: very bad experience+ – I had a very unfortunate situation while visiting brickhouse bridal: while I was trying on dresses, my purse was opened and money taken from my bag and inside my wallet* it really a shame that this happens in such a FINE store..of course I know will never get the money back but i do want to alert everyone that visits this place. Good Service, Very Knowledgable Staff – Brickhouse Bridal is a beautiful store. While I did not find the dress of my dreams there, I was impressed with the entire staff. The owner, as well as several other attendants, provided guidance on which dresses are best for my body type - something I greatly appreciated. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! – If I could give this place 0 stars i would! They dont do what they say they will, t he owner is absolutely awful, and the salespeople have no idea what is going on. Absolute WORST Bridal Boutique Experience EVER! – What's interesting is that there is another review regarding the service as being "snobby" and "unfriendly". Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Great place for snobs SNOB – OK, MAYBE IF THEY SAW MY 2006 525BMW PAKED OUT FRONT, I WOULD HAVE HAD BETTER SERVICE. I went to this store with the impression that I would get great service and a BRIDAL dress. They have a nice selection of dresses ranging from $700-2,000+. The service was terrible, I guess they don't like it when a customer walkis in 1 hour from closing. They make you sign a little sheet that states that you will be charged $50.00 at your third visit, but it will apply towards your dress if you buy one there. ... read more
Great Selection--Worth the drive – Even though it is a little drive, Brickhouse is great! Best dress selection in Houston in all price ranges. Salespeople very attentive and store is very nice! Would recommend to anyone looking for wedding gown, bridesmaid or mother of the bride.
