I keep coming back! – Five years ago the first of my children was getting married. After scouring MANY bridal salons for my MOB dress, I found exactly what I was looking for at Brickhouse Bridal. Brickhouse bridal, my experience – i give my wedding dress consultation & consultant a 5 star rating. Best in Houston! – So, just like every girl you have this perfect dress already picked out in your head before you even get to the store, and that is so me. I wanted something to fit my dream dress, so I described this to my consultant and she walked around with me and helped me find any and everything that was similar to my picture perfect dress. AMAZING PLACE!! – Every girl dreams of what the experience would be like when they found their wedding gown. My experience was everything that I hoped it would be...and more. The women there were very knowledgable and extremely helpful. They have an awesome selection of gowns and have very resonable prices. I will recommend Brickhouse Bridal to all my friends.
Worst bridal store in Houston – Ladies are rude, Staff is unhelpful, pushy and unpleasant. They tried to push me to buy a dress I didn't want and when I told them I wasn't satisfied, they dropped me for a new customer. When I complained, they just replied: "oh well." If you value customer service, go somewhere else!
Scam Artists - Consumer Fraud Beware - Avoid Brickhouse Bridal – Let's begin with Strella/Starla - the Owner. She is a snide, immoral, unethical and curt woman who has absolutely no cares for her customers. Her bottom line is how much she and her conniving associates can persuade you to purchase overpriced gowns and present you with generic, mass-produced items from overseas (mainland China). Sneaky sales tactics... – I went into the store during the holidays with my best friend since I'm the MOH for her wedding. While we didn't get our wallets stolen or (hopefully) she didn't get sold the wrong dress (that is terrible!), I did see some slimy salesperson tactics. When we arrived at the store there weren't too many girls trying on dresses but by the time she was done picking out her first 6 dresses there were quite a few and fitting rooms were getting filled up. Best Bridal Shop in Houston! – I just bought the most beautiful wedding dress at Brichouse. The selection of dresses to choose from was amazing! They had all the styles that I was looking for and more. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable they made sure that my dress was unique to me and my wedding. Brickhouse is a one stop shop. My experience with the bridesmaids was just as fabulous; Amanda was able to help me with different colors and sizes for all my bridal party needs.
