My entire experience with Brickhouse was very enjoyable. They are step above the rest in quality, selection and experience. I recommend any bride to make an appointment here.

We had only about 90 days to plan the wedding so we needed a dress off the rack. The sales associate at Brickhouse was very helpful and patient with us (even on a sale day when we only made the appointmetn that day) - so much so that it was the only place we shopped as we found a dress that was just what my daughter was looking for. The only drawback was that the associate significantly underestimated the cost of alterations. I realize that wasn't her job but it was disappointing. I loved shopping at Brickhouse Bridal. They had a huge selection and it was great to be able to look through the dresses first and pull some that you liked (instead of the consultant just pulling dresses based on what you say you like). My consultant was extremely helpful and very professional. I was between two dresses and she encouraged me to try them on several times and gave me plenty of time to think about each one. Do not be fooled by the glitter and sparkle! – DO NOT be fooled by the glitter and sparkle of this shop. First I had my appointment for over a month and they overbooked and asked me to reschedule, I said no, I can't. We went in and tried on dresses, they were supposed to have clippings of the fabric choices, they didn't. When we found out that they were going to charge a $50 surcharge to have a dress sent to KY we told them that my MOH would not be ordering her dress from them (color did not matter since they are all differe... read more
