I walked into Brickhouse Bridal and bought the 2nd dress I tried on ever. My consultant was very nice and a good listener. I felt like she knew what looked good on me. The dress was a great price and we got 10% off for buying a dress on our first visit. I got so giddy every time I got to see or put on the dress and I had no doubt it was the perfect one for me! I had a great experience at Brickhouse. I'm a very picky and indecisive person and Jessica was amazing. She gave recommendations while still giving me my space and she had my dress picked before I even knew I liked that style. The atmosphere was very relaxed and helped me focus. They don't make too many appointments at one time like some of the other shops I visited. I left feeling confident in my purchase and I can't wait for it to get here and to put on MY dress! I was an out of town Bridesmaid and was given 3 dresses to choose from and told to call in and place my order. I spoke to a very kind consultant who took my order for “Gardenia” and my credit card and sent a confirmation email. Several months later I received "Camellia," the wrong dress. I did not realize until later that the email stated that "this email is to confirm your order and will be considered your electronic signature. Once confirmed your order will be considered complete..." It seems like an easy error as the code... read more
