Everything was great! I purchased my veil and my wedding dress from this store and it was a great experience!
I loved my experience with Brickhouse! I felt like the only person there with my personalized consultation service. The young woman helping me was so patient and helpful as my mom, best friend and myself critiqued at least 10 dresses before finding the one. She was very knowledgeable in pairing the right accessories and making sure she knew what I liked and didn't like about each dress. I definitely recommend this boutique for the North Houston area!
If you only go to one place in Houston to shop for wedding dresses, go to Brickhouse Bridal. They were absolutely fantastic. The service was great and they have a huge selection. It's exactly what you would want and expect out of buying your wedding dress. I generally have such bad anxiety and having so many gorgeous dresses to chose from made my anxiety go through the roof. My consultant was fabulous! She understood what I was going through. She walked me through what I liked about each dress, how I wanted to feel on my special day and want did i want my fiance to see as i walked down the isle. Doing that really helped me make my decision.
Great store! The staff was very helpful. We did not have an appointment, but we were well taken care of. I had 2 bridesmaids with me, and Jill was very helpful to all 3 of us. She knew which direction to point me in and was very attentive, patient and professional. The store was beautiful. There were so many dresses organized by designer. They also have their own styles.
