Dirty glasses dirty silverware, and loaded fries swimming in a pool of grease. Accompanied by poor service and managements handling of it. Also the dead flies next to us in the window seals (about 5 of them) was a wonderful added touch.
Now I know why I haven't been back in a while. Poor service took over 5 minutes for someone besides our waitress to ask us if we had ordered drinks , waitress didn't know what the drink if the day was, didn't know what was in the brickhouse punch. Not a good experience. Highly do not recommend. I don't even know why I even stayed.
