Look, the apartment I rented was lovely. But ultimately not worth the stress of dealing with this agency which I found to be consistently uncommunicative, unprofessional, and inattentive. I am honestly shocked this building/ company has more than 2 stars. The Franklin House is a ticking time bomb. I was here a total of a year and within 10 days of me moving in my apartment (along with many other apartments and common areas) flooded due to the AC unit for the entire building malfunctioning. It took 9 days of active dirty water leaking into my apartment and destroying many of my belongings for it finally to be fixed (which only happened because I threatened to take legal action). I then had half of the ceiling ... read more

My experience with Tionna Markowski at Brick Management has been truly a blessing. I’ve never felt more safe and secure in a Philly apartment and team. Tionna and team were instrumental in my positive time at The Rally in Fishtown, I can’t thank her enough for truly having the residents best interest at heart, very rare in a management team. I highly recommend renting with Brick!
