Have been renting with them for almost a year. Very nice and Curtis staff. Would definitely recommend them to rent from.
Crooks. Paid rent on time and left apt clean and didn't give me security deposit back. BEWARE

Had to write this review. My mom has lived in a Pero apartment for a couple of years. She recently suffered a stroke. I called to get information on how to pay her rent for her and what I needed to do if she had to move to assisted living. They were very helpful and caring. Thank you for your help.
