We love Briarwood! We’ve had to take my car in twice due to a pack-rat eating some wires! Both times they got it done faster than expected! The customer service and honesty is what keeps us coming back! Thanks guys!!
I’ve been going to Casey and the gang for years. Every time, it gets fixed right. The most recent time in for a vibration. I’d already been to the dealer because it was under warranty. Two times still wasn’t taken care of. One time to Briarwood and it’s great. Don’t even bother trying to use the dealership, or anyone else for that matter!! If you want it fixed right the FIRST time come talk to Casey and it’ll be taken care of. Great people!!!!
These guys went above and beyond to help me. Came in on a Groupon deal. They were very thorough. I love their inspection. It found a bad oil leak that my warranty will cover, and just in time before I drove 20 hours west. I totally trust them with my car care when I am in town.
