Briarwood Apartments Review I have lived here for about seven years now and I love it! First in a two bedroom apartment then in a one bedroom. I have never had a problem with getting things fixed promptly and without a mess (and I haven't needed much in the years I've been here). Office staff and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend moving here if you're looking for something in this area!
Disappointed At first glance and from a distance the apartment looks nice, but when you start to spend time here you notice quite quickly that unqualified people are doing the refurbishing and maintenance. My biggest issue is that I have had maintenance here 3 times in the 5 months I've lived here and 2 of those was to fix my toilet from leaking into the unit below. These people do NOT clean up behind themselves. It's ridiculous. My carpet is stained, adhesive all over my toilet and other things, their garbage from packaging... read more
nice and spacious This apartment is great!! It is huge on the inside, nice storage, quiet and clean, maintenance men are always prompt at answering your request and office staff is great! No complaints really at all except our kitchen needed updating pretty badly but they are renovating the complex now as people are moving out. Sucks for me though lol.
Brairwood Apartment They are good size and comfortable apartments at the moment reasonable rate of rent. They are in the process of updating and making them even more appealing. They are in a area that is centrally located for all needs. They are service by friendly and helpful staff for your needs. There is a lovely pool for those hot summer days and well maintained winters.
Briarwood Apartments These are very good apartments. They have their down sides just like any other place but the good out ways the bad in many ways. They give you free water and trash so that saves you a decent amount of money every month. The maintenance guys are attentive as long as you go in and make the work and don't rely on them to put it in for you. Review for Briarwood Townhomes and Apartments Upon move in we were not allowed to view our unit until the day of move in. There were a few things listed on the move in sheet that have yet to be taken care of.(this was 5 months ago) The blinds were a major issue some broken, just about all of them dirty/stained. The upstairs floor and stairway all creak loudly when walking upon them. A great place to move to! I found this apartment complex through the website and it is awesome! The office staff is super nice, was even willing to stay after office hours when I was running late to check in on my first night. The only complaint I had about the unit was one of the blinds being broken and it was replaced within a week of my moving in.
