Great place to live! I've been at Briarwood about a year and a half now, and I've had a great experience here. My unit has had some issues throughout the year but maintenance is always prompt and polite, and there hasn't been any issue that they couldn't solve within 2 days. If there was anything I would change, I would say that I wish the community pool was heated and the tennis court could do with some refinishing, but those aren't dealbreakers.
Worst service ever!!!! The office staff is extremely rude and unacceptable. Refused to show apartment. Will only be available at THEIR convenience.
RUDE and not interested in new tenants RUDE RUDE RUDE. Just spoke to Jessica on the phone inquiring about 2 bedroom units available and a unit that says available on the site is not, so I asked her when I could call back to inquire if any new units have become available, at the end of month or beginning of August or another time? She simply said "We won't know, it's whenever someone puts in their 30 days notice." Wont give tour to potential residents. Asked if I could take a tour in a unit before I give any commitments, but sadly was answered with a no and as an alternative, to look through pictures on this site. Another alternative they gave was to FULLY commit (contract signed, deposit given to them) to just be able to see the unit(BASICALLY owning the unit already), and if I’m not happy, i could ask for a refund on deposit immediately. Horrible customer service Do not rent from this property. The office staff is horrible. Sydney will do nothing to make anything easier for you. The “manager” is too busy to talk to you even for a minute. We were bringing home a puppy and even though it is against the law in Michigan for a rabies vaccination they won’t wait until your dog is of age. Great Apartments! I have been a current resident here for over a year and a half and I have loved every minute of it! The apartments are spacious and the added storage is great! I've only ever had to call management once about an issue with my unit.. there were wasps who had built a nest in the old intercom system next to my door. I called and left a message to management and received a call back the next morning and the issue was resolved that day. Dont do it Bugs Flys dripping nicotine for previous tenants They said new carpet it was not.stunk of cig smoke Garbage cans where 500'feet away.Snow removal horrible....i could go on and on...they suckml
Love it! I've been here for over a year and I've had no complaints. It's quiet and the lawns are kept up, and also maintence is great. I would recommend the apartments to anybody that is looking for a great community that is safe.
Bargain Priced The complex is decorated with flower gardens. The overall appearance is high end. The apartments have a modern look inside and spacious. The ceilings are extra high, sculptured with two one foot drops and multileveled for an interesting upscale appearance. The upper floors have a 7" x 10" enclosed storage area off of the balcony. $30 extra per month gets you a laundry (no dreadful laundromat runs). All windows and patio doors are new.
