I brought my dog in for surgery. He had a small tumor on the bottom of his paw and they said they could easily remove it with surgery. I dropped him off around 7am and received a phone call around 10 that all was well and I could come pick him up later. After 2 weeks of post op appointments and paying for medications and check ups the tumor was still there. RecommendedFirst time to be seen in this practice. Dr Ellen was very informative. And the staff was very nice. I was a work in and they took good care of my dog. I think I've found my new neighborhood vet.
Always so good with our sweet Gypsy! Thankful that when we called today they could get us in...scary eye injury on our boston terrier, Gypsy! Dr. Jeff took good care of her🐾❤️

I loved the way the doctor opened the door softly and slowly came into the room, talking to Shadow, instead of bursting into the room like others have that I have been to. He was so calming that Shadow went right to him.

My husband and I really love our dog’s vet here. He’s been very kind and helpful and we trust him with our furry family member. However, for whatever reason the receptionist has been absolutely rude to my husband every time he’s been there. I dealt with her for the very first time last week and she was rude with me as well. Not sure what her problem is but she seems really unhappy and grumpy it makes the whole experience less than satisfying.
These people are sick and cruel. Our cat passed away on Sunday...my wife called Monday morning to let our Veterinarian know so they can update his records. She spoke to Jackie. Jackie said they had already been made aware of his passing by Emergency Animal Clinic. Our cat had been with us for eleven years and a beloved member of our family. This evening we received an email from Briarglen wishing our Cat a ‘very happy birthday from all the staff at Briarglen’ These people are sick!
