RecommendedLove this place! Staff are so friendly and great with the kids. My 12 yr old and 6 year old love it. My 6 year old is on the autism spectrum and had to get a cavity filled. Everything went so well, Dr James Busch and his assistants were amazing with him. Even with regular cleanings, our son remains so calm as the staff make him feel comfortable. Dr. Lauren Busch is a wonderful Orthodontist and the entire team is exceptionally caring. The most important thing which many people don't understand is it's not just straightening your teeth but knowing your bite is right for the lifetime of functioning. It is the hardest part of treatment and you need to be seen for doctors to accomplish this. It's well worth the investment and time to do it right, so it won't cost you even more down the road. I give them 5 stars and recommend them to everyone!
Very efficient. We never waited more than 1 minute between exam activities. Great place for kids to get their dental requirements done.
Dr. James is the absolute best pediatric dentist! He is gentle and kind and patient with my very hesitant little ones. But after just one visit with Dr. James they both absolutely love him, his amazing staff, and my oldest has asked to go back. �
Love Dr. Lauren Busch's office. This is my third child going through Ortho treatment and I am really excited to have found this office. They never keep you waiting for appointments. Very friendly staff. And I actually understand the treatment plan for my Daughter's orthodontics (and my daughter has a class 3 case). Its rare that a doctor takes time to really explain and document a treatment plan in laymen's terms. Dr. Busch and Staff cares about my daughter. Thank you. Refreshing!
Well I am an older patient of Dr. Souza. I was very skeptical of the new kids. I've always enjoyed coming to the office and so do the kids. Recently we got into a procedure and it ended up not working out for us. This was handled in a very professional manner and not once to I feel disrespected. I can see my kids going here well into the future. We appreciate you all so much!!!!
We had such a positive, wonderful, anxiety alleviating experience here today for my son's first dentist appointment. Dr. James and his staff are the best of any medical office of any type we have ever been to. Thank you for the beyond excellent care.
