Could be better for the money$$$, but overall, ok.. These apartments are pretty nice. Updated stove and fridge, but the cabinets and countertops are super old!! Beautiful wood floors, clean carpets and walls. Pool is a little small and there's only one. Great Place to Live I've greatly enjoyed my time at Briarcrest. The area is pretty quiet, even being very close to I-35 and the Bush. Which comes in handy, cause you're very close to 4 major highways, including 121 and DNT in the mix with 35 and Bush. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The staff is friendly and generally pretty good about taking care of issues quickly. The pool is nice, but small. Same with the fitness center. A lot of families are living here.
