Definitely lacking in the customer service department. Manager makes promises and doesn't make them happen. She says she'll get something fixed and will call, but never calls or gets it fixed. Cheap apartments, alright neighborhood, but manager and maintenance leave much to be desired.
I went to apply two times for an apartment they asked me for my app fee $25.00 in cash 5 days later they tell im not approved so i called them again and told them my sister was doin it for me. And they had approved someone else that same day. So my sis applied 5 days later they tell me the same thing..... Took my money in cash twice and made me waste my time waiting for them to approve me and i think is a race issue if you tell me I HATE THERE SERVICES NOT GOIN THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!DO NOT LIVE HERE U CAN DO BETTER
TOOK my money cash for two app fees and told me i was not approved 10days later after two people tried to apply NOT the best apts in town.... DO not pay them IN CASH
