Went meet some friends for a surprise birthday party 🎉, First time coming to this place but from the night view it was nice.
Amazing apartments and Lofts! So much you can do with decorating especially right here during Thanksgiving and Christmas! Get your creative thoughts together and Miracles happen! Briar Forest Lofts isn't your typical apartment community! My overall experience was a fantastic one. From the leasing personnel, the tenets, and maintenance team, you begin to feel like this place is not temporary, but a second home. During the beginning of my stay at BFL, there were a few issues that did arise, but they were resolved in a very timely fashion. Very quiet and friendly atmosphere. Management has been very unhelpful and has shown no interest in keeping any area of the property clean. The residents have been obnoxious at night and the property's security unresponsive throughout the afternoon until midnight...there are often water emergencies, such as the property being left with absolutely no water for hours or even days and being told by maintenance to go take shower at a public place sucha as an LA Fitness, which is lame and totally unacceptable. I have seen a lot of good changes in the last moth and I am very happy about that
I can honestly say this is probably the best apartment complex ever I loved it here Blake was so good to me. Sad that I had to move back to Austin hopefully they build a complex here and they bring people like Blake down there.
