The apartments were nice when I moved in two years ago. Then they let anyone in here. Car has been vandalized twice. Pest control is not done anymore because I’m finding roaches and spiders in and around my apartment. The trash bins have been removed and put by the exit gate. The noise level is off the charts, despite me calling the courtesy officer AND messaging the complex several times. I’m scared to call the police because obviously we’ve got criminals living here. They have yet to send out an email about the noise level... read more
DON’T even think about it!
The staff is nice and my apartment is nice but, the living here is aweful and insecure. The crime of folks breaking in cars and steeling tires because of gate issues and people sneaking in the gate by waiting and following folks in is scary. There are no cameras and BFL allows visitors to come and park anywhere. The walls are thin, dog poop everywhere and the security never answers or follows through on calls. I will be taking all of this to a higher lever and inciting residents to join me as enough is enough. I cannot wait ... read more
